Psychotherapist

Ayesha Farooq

I believe that asking for support is not a sign of weakness—it is a courageous first step towards creating meaningful change. Life can be challenging at times, and I want my clients to know that they do not have to navigate those experiences alone.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and grounded in humanistic and person-centred principles. I believe every individual has the capacity for growth and healing when they are met with empathy. I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace, deepen their self-understanding, and connect with their own strengths and values. I see therapy as a collaborative relationship, where my role is not to tell you who to be, but to walk alongside you as you discover what feels meaningful and authentic to you.
