I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists (CRPO, #002971), Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. I achieved my Masters degree in Counselling specializing in Counselling Psychology (MC) from Athabasca University, Alberta, and currently earning my Doctorate Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy with Yorkville University, New Brunswick.
I have several years of experience providing one-to-one counselling in a variety of settings including schools, non-profit agencies, and crisis centres.
