My goal, as a therapist, a clinically trained psychotherapist, is NOT to be a permanent fixture in your life. My goal is to help and provide you support to get you onto your life pathway, whatever that might look like. We will heal, cope, and grow TOGETHER, and then you will use those tools on your own.
We can have follow up sessions, monthly debriefing sessions to see how you're doing, however, in the long run, our time together in enclosed within a brief time together. That brief time maybe 3-5 sessions in length, or upwards of 15+ sessions onwards. However, my main goal, is to give you the tools to be restore yourself to the wonderful human being you are. The healthy, emotionally strong, and lovely person you can be.
